A truck-mounted compressor installation is mounted on the passenger side of the truck. The installation is made of aluminium with a polyester hood, which can easily be opened using the quick-release closures and is clad with internal, high-quality, sound-insulating material.
The compressor is mounted in the enclosure within the same mounting angle as the truck’s gearbox. The tensioner is produced specifically for the truck to optimize the mounting angle of the PTO-shaft; in compliance with the truck dealer’s mounting directives.
The installation is mounted on the passenger side of the truck with three mounting brackets. The brackets are spread equally across the entire width of the installation, to prevent point load on the chassis.
The chassis has to be clear on the passenger side of the truck to enable mounting. Any air vessels and/or piping needs to be at the same height as the bottom of the chassis. The required space varies per installation from 60 to 120 cm.
